Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your custom hats and jewelry accessories are delivered to you in a timely manner, with care and attention to detail. We use reliable shipping methods, and our packaging is working toward more eco-friendly practices. The shipping costs are transparent and affordable, so you can shop with confidence. As of January 1, 2025, customers will see an increase in shipping costs. Please understand: as shipping costs increase, so does our personal cost as a small business

Return & Exchange Policy

At Wesley James Co., our primary goal is to ensure that you absolutely love your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, so we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for our custom hats and jewelry accessories. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion the owner, Lindsay Graham. However, we would like to highlight a few important points regarding our return policy.

Firstly, please be aware that returns are NOT accepted for custom hats that do not fit the wearer. It is essential that you take the time to select the correct hat size, as we cannot issue refunds for custom-designed hats that do not fit properly. This policy is in place because custom hats are often altered with distressing techniques and are burned as part of their unique design, making them non-reusable. By purchasing a custom hat design, you agree to this strict no-return policy.

Secondly, while strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. It is important to note that Wesley James Co. cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or destroyed by shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other delivery service. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have about the condition of your delivery with the carrier.
